MyAM

“My Account Manager” (or MyAM for short) is a custom account management suite that generates Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, manages documents, accounts and referral sources for a company.  It comes with a complete dashboard to help manage the data in an easy-to-use interface.

Special Requirements:

• Custom importing of data from an old DOS-based flat-file database.
• Special business logic to perform cross-selling related tasks.

Company Stores

Custom-tailored personal e-commerce stores for clients.  Safeguard needed a solution to offer it’s clients for easy reordering and access to personalized products.  Company Stores was the answer.  Each store was built off of a custom platform that tracked and managed users and products.  Additionally, it offers a number of features that could be requested by the clients.  From online proofing to multiple levels of approvals, the customer’s experience was paramount in customizing each store.

Special Requirements: Each store had to be customized.  Some features included

• Print-ready PDF generation
• Multi-level chains of approval per order/per user
• Direct-t0-vendor artwork and order generation
